The REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley Launches a Brand-New Website

New year, new website! We’re excited to announce the launch of a new website for the REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley. This real estate association is celebrating 105 years of service, and what better way to commemorate such long-standing success in the Pioneer Valley community than with a brand-new website! We wanted to highlight some key features of this new website and show you top design trends and features you can feature on your Real Estate Association.

Homepage Highlights

Large, scrolling images pan across the hero slider of the Pioneer Valley area. There is a great use of white space across the homepage. Upcoming events are front and center under the hero images in a grid. When hovered over, these grid boxes pop up and site visitors can click on the call-to-action to read more. 

The use of grids and gradient colors are mixed perfectly as you scroll down the homepage. Branded colors overlay images with calls-to-action for Becoming a Member, Professional Development, and how to Get Involved. Right below this section is an interactive market statistics counter which animates the numbers for closed sales, median sales price, new listings, and pending sales. 

RAMCO AMS Integration (Membership)

The REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley website boasts a full API integration with the RAMCO membership system. This special 立博客户端app下载 integration is the same that is on Greater Nashville REALTORS®, Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®, and many others.

This integration allows members to access a customized Member Dashboard of RAMCO data directly from the website, without having to navigate to a third-party website or double login. Using a floating Member Login widget that stays on the page, members can easily login to their account and access their dashboard. 

Integrated Search

The REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley also has integrated search capabilities on their new website, pulling property data directly from the MLS. The Find a REALTOR® landing page also pulls data automatically, making it completely hands-off for the Association. Visitors can also custom search by name, city or company. 

The Find a Property landing page has custom search options for property types including single-family, multi-family, commercial (business), commercial (industrial), lots and lands and rentals. Other property sub-type search options can be filtered by amenities, location, age of the building, square footage and much more!

And last, members can easily access their account, register for events and more with a single sign-on.
