We are thrilled to announce that Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® has recently launched a new website. With more than 4,500 REALTORS® members, this Association’s investment into this next-generation site is going to better serve their existing and future constituents. With so many new and exciting elements across this website, we narrowed down some of our favorite design, navigation and functionality features to highlight.
The huge hero image on the homepage has video capabilities. The drone footage of the Grand Strand Island really encompasses the region. One unique element of this hero slider is the rounded edges on the bottom of the video. The grid boxes below the video can easily be swapped out anytime by Coastal Carolinas with new images, content, and calls-to-action. There is also a floating member login portal widget across the home and interior pages.
This Real Estate Association went with a mega menu to display their navigation. Mega menus are expendable and are displayed in a two-dimensional dropdown layout when users hover over the navigation menu. This option gives Coastal Carolinas the ability to describe in more detail the content on each page to assist the user in finding exactly what they want in the fewest number of clicks.
The Resource Library landing page is chocked full of engaging content that can be accessed on-demand. Users can search by keywords to find what they are looking for. These videos include training videos, market reports, partner info and event recaps.
The New Member Resources section on this site is a very uniquely designed guided library for onboarding new members. One design component includes a custom-built carousel of 8 helpful video resources meant to be watched in order.
There are two custom landing pages we also recommend you check out: Community Outreach and Professional Development. Some unique features these pages showcase are sliding alert bars, embedded videos, multicolumn content and a statistic impact slider.
To create an even more customer-centric and streamlined user experience, this site is integrated with the membership system MMSI. This members-only portal dynamically pulls in member data and events from the calendar with this integration.
Best of all, Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® manages it all with 立博客户端app下载 Freedom, our all-in-one website and membership management software. They can manage their website content, marketing tactics, events, news, members, dues and more, all in one place. This eliminates workarounds and removes the juggling of multiple accounts and software systems to accomplish a single task.
