New Website Launch: Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS®

We are thrilled to announce that the Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® (CPAR) recently launched a new website. This real estate association serves 1,750 Realtor® Members and 250 Power Partners in 5 counties. Part of CPAR’s vision is to source and support programs and services that inspire education, provide ongoing technology advancement, encourage philanthropy and promote advocacy. This brand-new website is a valuable resource to help CPAR fulfill their vision. 

With so many new and exciting elements across this website, we narrowed down some of our favorite design, navigation, and functionality features to highlight. This consumer website also boasts a member microsite. Each site has a separate utility and main navigation. 

Consumer Website

On the consumer website homepage, the single search bar front and center is integrated with the MLS property search, REALTOR®, and affiliate search. There is also a recent news section and grid that features the various counties in the Central Panhandle region for consumers to learn more about the area on the homepage. 

Visitors will also find a property search bar on the hero slider to search by home, land, rental, commercial properties, and open houses. The main navigation is designed with a hamburger menu that collapses and features a concise list of categories including Find a Home, Find a Pro, Ethics, Resources, and About Us.  

Consumers also have access to an Events calendar where they can search by category and view the events either by a monthly calendar or list.

Members Microsite

This microsite has the exact look and feel of the consumer website, but the content is specific for CPAR members including a new utility and main navigation. More members-only content that can be found on this microsite is information on continuing education, advocacy, ethics, MLS tools and support, and more member benefits information.
