Best Real Estate Association Website: Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®

We are excited to announce the launch of a new website for the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®. This real estate association is one of the largest trade organizations in Rhode Island with more than 6,000 members in more than 900 offices. The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® offers professional development, research, and exchange of information among its members and to the public and government for the purpose of preserving the free enterprise system and the right to own real property.

This newly designed website helps Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® support its mission and gives this association the opportunity to:

• Customize homepage content

• Easily control and update the menu navigation

We wanted to highlight some key features of this new website and show you design and navigation options in case you’re looking for some inspiration to upgrade your real estate association’s site.

Design 

• On the homepage is a scrolling hero image slider that features different call-to-actions and messages for site visitors. 
• One CTA showcases an embedded suggested search with common questions to get users started on the site. Each question a user searches takes them to a different page on the site.
• Below the homepage hero image are quick links and featured classes and events pulled from Rappitoni integration. 
• The market trends section on the homepage displays a customized statistics counter, a custom-designed map as the background, and RIAR’s branded logo as a big design component.
• The custom design on this new website also features a variety of design elements.
• The RI REALOTRS® logo is incorporated creatively on the homepage under market trends and in the footer with geometric elements and overlapping lines.
• Throughout the pages of the site is a language translator widget with 13 options for translations.

Navigation

• This site features a main, utility, and footer navigation.
• In the top right corner of the site, you will see the utility navigation with a search icon.
• Using a search box element on your website is a vital way to help visitors navigate through pages and find the exact information they are searching for. 
• On the footer navigation of the site is also five quick links that site visitors can click on to access these top viewed pages.

Featured Web Pages

• The Classes and Events Calendar is a custom-built calendar from 立博客户端app下载’s Events module.
• Members can search for the latest updates by category on the News & Market Data web page.
• Members of the community can submit events onto the website to showcase any upcoming events happening in the community.
• The RIAR/MLS Staff page showcases each person’s bio and headshot giving members the chance to get to know the staff. Also on this page, you can filter the staff directory by department.

Member Resources

• An integrated member and affiliate directory search that pulls from Rappitoni and allows users to sort by custom search and filters.
• This member-focused website offers a Resource landing page that links to REALTOR® tools, a video library for members to access, and a tax assessor resource tool.
• This site also has integration and a single sign-on with a Clarity dashboard. This dashboard connects with different platforms and software such as MLS.
